I’ve taken so many photos of the area I’ve live in I’ve become bored with it. This week, in an effort to make my photography more interesting, I’ve been experimenting with monochromatic photography. I’m finding it very effective for conveying the ambiguous quality that creeps over the local wetlands sometimes.


For the first time in ages I feel excited about going out with my camera.

I love the reflections, something about the monochrome makes them even better. I think you just concentrate on the patterns.
